 Terms of Service for TubeLite

Welcome to TubeLite! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TubeLite mobile application ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

TubeLite is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. The app functions as a browser-based tool allowing users to stream video and audio content, with audio playback supported in the background.

You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app;

  • Interfere with the app's performance or security.

2. No User Account Required

TubeLite does not require user registration or login. You can access and use the app anonymously.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

TubeLite uses third-party services, including:

  • Google AdMob (to display ads)

  • Firebase (for crash reporting and analytics)

  • Google Analytics for Firebase (to monitor usage and performance)

These third-party services may collect anonymous data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the TubeLite app (except content streamed via the browser) are the property of TubeLite or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Any external content streamed via the app remains the intellectual property of its respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

You agree to use TubeLite at your own risk. We are not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app;

  • Content accessed through the app;

  • Errors, interruptions, or loss of data.

TubeLite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to TubeLite for any user who violates these Terms.
